Super Frozen tuna skinpack

One week after the European Seafood Exposition 2011 Culimer reviews its most successful exhibition ever. The worldwide seafood supplier – with offices in Europe, The Middle East and Asia – says the success is a result of its focus on high value products and the expanded growth of the company.

Probably every visitor noticed the orange Culimer trolleys at this year’s exhibition. 1.000 visitors have enjoyed the trolleys while using them for their collected exhibition information. “We didn’t expect such a quantity of people using our trolleys and we were even more surprised to see the exhibition centre turning orange for three days”, says Maarten van Geest, Communication Manager of Culimer B.V.

The introduction of Super Frozen tuna skinpack attracted the most visitors to the orange booth. The strong combination of Culimer’s WWF circle hook project and its Super Frozen tuna technology enables the company to make a difference in the market. “Combining circle hook fishing with the Super Frozen technology creates more value for all parts of the chain whilst catching less tuna”, explained Maarten van Geest during the press presentation on Tuesday morning.

One week after the European Seafood Exposition Culimer may already conclude this year’s exhibition has been successful.
