Succesful jam session at Koppert Cress

Koppert Cress organized a new jamsession for chefs in their Cressperience last Monday, called Tweetjam. Supported by fifteen leading suppliers in gastronomy, seventeen topchefs inspired each other during a cooking session. For this event Culimer supplied super frozen tuna, king crab and black tiger shrimps. All activities were live broadcasted on internet and followed by thousands of Twitter followers (#tweetjam). With a top 3 ranking in trending topics on Twitter, the organization may conclude the event has been more than successful.

For some of the chefs Tweetjam was their first occasion to work with super frozen tuna. All of them were surprised about the super fresh sashimi quality of our tuna. Even some of them directly decided to switch to super frozen tuna.
