King crab recipe for 4 persons

Ingredients
4 'merus sections' of king crab
1 kohlrabi
Mini tomatoes
2 cups wheat grass
Rapeseed oil
Avocado
Salty Fingers
Sea fennel
Borage cress


Preparation
Cook the king crab in a court bouillon. Cut the kohlrabi into thin slices and put in a plug. Marinate the kohlrabi in white wine vinegar, rapeseed oil and season with salt taste. Mash the avocado and season it as well. Make some wheat grass juice in a juicer and mix this with rapeseed oil, 1:1 ratio.
